I have conluded that my hosting provider will be www.cyberwings.com and my domain will come from www.godaddy.com. Do I buy the year of hosting first and THEN the domain? Or, does it matter? I want to make this a little complicated as possible.

Thanks.

I would recommend waiting until you get the hosting account, so you can set the nameservers as soon as you get the domain. The reason being, that you have to enter nameservers when you register the domain. You then have to wait for the dns info to propagate out.

If you were to register the domain, and enter some temporary nameservers, then set up your hosting, then go back and change the nameservers, you will have to wait for the propagation to take place again before you can access your domain.

I'd recommend the exact opposite!

If you don't get the domain today, someone else will tomorrow, where as with the hosting account you can get it at any time. If you know who your hosting with, you can still set up the name servers right away. Just ask them what they are :)

Good luck,
