hi!

Anyone who can help me with this:

I've a domain parked at ev1servers.net, a a dedicated windows 2003 server at another place running Plesk (for windows). I now want that domain to point to the new server.
What do I change where I have the domain parked and were in Plesk do I setup the domain server (Plesk uses it's own dns server, if I'm not wrong...)?

i.e.:
mydomain.com parked at ev1servers.net (pointed to their ns1 and ns2 servers), it should point to my own server's IP and dns service provided by Plesk(?).

Please note I'm only using the free trial limited to one domain - since I'm not buying it before I at lest have one working domain :D

Fast help will be rewarded by two smilies. ;)

exactly, point mydomain.com to the IP from your ns1/ns2 servers and configure it at plesk.

I was fooling around with settings while I waited for a reply. :)
What I did was:

Add my domain in Plesk "blablabla.com". Added A-record in the DNS option for that domain in plesk.
Changed nameserver at my registrar so they point to "ns1.blablabla.com" with ip "123.123.123.123"

This morning it still doesn't resolve the domain name, tested using ping and using web "www.blablabla.com".

Am I missing something here? nslookup at local server, pointing to dns server name works, so anyone who knows where the issue(s) is/are?´

Please use PM if you want to check the IP or domain name, since the above is "bogus".
