Hi, I am looking for some sites that I can get a requested scripts like a new Control Panel, ect. and a few other ones for support created. Something like Elance where I can post my bid, and have people bid on, then select the best.

I've had a wonderful experienmce there, and my cp is under going development even as I type this...

And no - I'm not going to tell you who I'm working with yet - they're pretty busy with my stuff ;)

Just kidding, but I believe that you can find a good programmer - be more specific about your needs and then you can get some decenet offers, but be prepared to pay above 10k for a good job.

Yea, alot of the portfolio's looked nice. And I did get 1 job done quite well. However, some of the programmers there were absolutely Terrible. There portfolio's are misleading.

ditto - we had a horrendous experience at eLance as well. Not eLance's fault as much as the misleading work experience of the company we dealt with. Luckily we had a no payment until delivery and acceptance deal.
