It seem be a donhost's reseller. I wonder that how can he can get his own Reseller Control Panel software?

I don't believe "people" can do this with great 24.7 support. Look at the data transfer they give you, it's nothing..

They don't use Donhost's control panel. They own reseller Control panel. I'm just wonder how can their CP running on Donhost server.

Just logged into one of my donhost accounts using their control panel URL and got in - donhost control panels are skinnable - they offer resellers about 5-6 different 'looks' for the control panel - all but one being anonymous.
Still not sure how they are offering reseller panels tho!
If you have a dedicated server from DH you can create reseller accounts however your not allowed to sell the reseller accounts your self as far as i know.
Somebody I know has a ded server with dh for there comapny and he was setting up reseller accounts on it so he could have diff control panels for diff ppl, and he was questioned over it.
