I really believe your pricing expectations are unrealistic and caution that those companies that have offered services for truly cut-rate pricing are no longer around and have left customers stranded.

That said, I am not aware of non-US companies offering Windows support. But, as a comparison, the best Unix pricing is running more in the range of $175/server or on a per ticket basis anywhere from $2-3 per ticket depending on volume.

I would expect Windows pricing to be slightly higher as the average ticket takes longer to resolve. As to the response times, I have not known any company to be able to achieve those goals on Windows although I do know of some on Unix and it would certainly seem possible on Windows.

Good luck with your search as I have also searched for Windows support and been unsuccessful. The only vendors I have found are U. S. based and, therefore, pricing just doesn't work well in my business model. The one I am most familiar with is gitechs.com. Also, hyper-techs.com has been in and out of providing those services and has raised their prices recently.

The other alternative if you have the size to support it is cylynx.com. However, their plans start at around $2200 / month and their service reviews have not been all that good. However, if you were talking about 50 servers they would be worth talking to. For $2200 they provide one full-time tech dedicated to you plus additional 24/7 support from their general tech staff.
