Since yesterday afternoon, all visa transactions through paysystems get declined with the message "Terminal not Activated". Is anyone having the same problems? MasterCard and AMEX work perfectly fine.

Yes, we have had problems too.

Do you get this error shown in your control panel, or is the people who submit the card get the error? Does it also apply for recurring billing?

I know a couple of people left without paying. I then went to our payment form and did a test and it was giving me some error - I can't remember. I also read on another forum that their site was down or people got errors. It seems to be fine now, I have had 2 orders go through after that.

With regards to recurring billing, I don't know as we are not using it currently.

I'm currently experiencing delays in order notifications.
Just right now received few orders from Jan. 11th.

Directly from their control panel:


" Current Issues:
1. Sale notification emails are sporadically not being delivered.
2. Oracle database upgrade will continue on Sunday. This will resolve all timeout issues/ODBC errors.
3. All other issues should be emailed ASAP. "
