Can you explain this in more detail? I know some hosts advertise this but have restrictions on how the bandwidth can be used.

I think you just explained it yourself ;)

Alot of hosts out there advertise UNLIMITED bandwidth while in their AUP or TOS, they mention that they do indeed restrict bandwidth if a site is taking too much bandwidth and cut them loose.

This is what I would consider as false advertising. If you search 'unlimited bandwidth' here at WHT, you'll find thousands of posts by frequent visitors that unlimited bandwidth is purely impossible and those hosts who advertise unlimited bandwidth are really lying.

Well, seeing that this is the Advertising forum, I guess I could refer you to www.unlimband.com

Also, I believe that anyone offering unlimited bandwidth is using a method of false advertising.
