Well worth the wait though. It also might be possible it is a slow time right now and a tech may have extra time to get it up tonight. I would call in and show interest that you would like to see a fast setup and ask how long it would take and to also see if it is actually in stock. -Dave VN-Ken 09-04-2004, 11:08 PM Nah, not really. I have spoken to the manager at Sago. They are running operations as normal during the hurricane. If you order today, Sept. 4th it should be up by Monday. If you order tomarrow, most likely Tuesday. sirius 09-04-2004, 11:54 PM Originally posted by TheNetway Nah, not really. I have spoken to the manager at Sago. Most everything in Tampa has been shut down, due to the storm. I'd be mighty surprised if they are operating, business as usual. Especially where they are... Sirius sagonet 09-05-2004, 12:01 AM Actually Ken is right. We have released non-essential staff, but our tech staff is doubled up. Email me direct at adam@sagonet.com with your order number and I'll have billing process the order from home. Other than being short on a few servers because FedEx Ground somehow didn't run Friday or today, we are able to process orders as usual. VN-Ken 09-05-2004, 12:03 AM Wow, Adam on WHT! Just like everywhere else, if they have the parts in stock, doing a build quick isn't a problem. We have boxes setup in a day to 4-5 days (when they are out of chips (not potato :) ) and Fedex missed 2 deliveries. That 4-5 days include a weekend (we ordered on Friday evening) and normally, billing don't work weekends so orders can't be processed till a weekday. In this case, Adam had promised to put it through to billing , so your only obstacle is whether they have the parts available.
