I need a dedicated server ASAP (within 24 hours) with these specs:

512MB or 1GB RAM
LINUX
CPANEL
SCSI HARD DRIVE

I was checking servermatrix, serverbeach, EV1, and Interland. Of these, which is the most reliable and dependable? Is there any other companies I should consider?

I seem to like ev1 more than servermatrix these days. Ev1 has instant setup (literally). Servermatrix can take longer than 24 hours. I've never tried interland so i cannot comment on this but i can comment on serverbeach and i've got one word, terrible. I would pick ev1 out of these. Good luck with your decision.

Otherwise, my experiences with ServerMatrix are outstanding (setups both times within 24 hours)

Ev1 set up my server in approx 15 minutes everytime i ordered from them (4 times total). SM has set up a server within 30 minutes for me once and the second time it took them over 24 hours..
