IGobyTerry 01-12-2002, 02:54 PM sign up for one of those programs where you get paid to surf the internet, and read your e-mail, etc... heh I did that with cashsurfers.com last october and they finally audited my stats this month. They calculate how much you make by points and I had 36200 points, which is the maximum allowed and it ended up being 0.0000061403784167303 dollars per point... so in like 45 hours of surfing the net I made 22 cents... whoooo, I'm gonna be rich. As for making money while staying at home.... hmmmmm... well if you could be a daytrader, however I always lose money in the stock market, so I don't recommend that. You could also be a internet article write for like applelinks.com, but I think they pay in products. hmmm... what else could you do.... ooo you could write articles for like epinions.com. mahinder 01-12-2002, 03:16 PM Originally posted by Calintz Is there anything I can do to make money while staying at home? do webmaster work. first you will develop a web site then when you had visitor sell the advertisement. :) oh yeah, you need a good subject for your web site which also interest you. ;) Gurudev 01-12-2002, 07:10 PM If you are good on the telephone, I am sure a lot of people here can use your hours for commission based sales. Hmm....I can't write, my grammar sucks. Painting? Even worse. I thought of signing up with the banner click thing but I don't really trust it and many doesn't support overseas sign ups. Child care? Gurudev 01-13-2002, 07:04 PM but is it ok in USA to call somebody and ask him to buy the product. i guess it is not permitted due to privacy reasons or i may be wrong just curious Yes, for some lame reason it is not only ok but so common that it will irritate the heck out of people. May be I should not have suggested that, but someone has to do it and make a living. Contarary to the perception, there is not much privacy in the USA. If someone want to find out information about a person or a business, they can obtain more information (exaggerating) than the FBI can, for a few hundred dollars. Privacy is takes the back when it comes to capitalism. Byron 01-14-2002, 06:41 AM Did you check with your local employment agencies? |
