I'm going to sign up with echo-inc today hopefully or tomorrow, but before I do I need to find a good online user management system or something. It should basically keep track of all the users, cc payments coming through or not, user's information (address, phone, etc.), and a ticket support system would be a plus.

Whois-Cart and ModernBill both accept Echo-inc. I would recommend taking a look at both of those software packages.
