I was just wondering what you use, or prefer. I currently am using phpManager for the small amount of clients we currently have, and have modified it to suit our needs.

Our New Year's plan was to improve overall support, and client satisfaction... We have came up with the idea of providing a few things extra (for free) to resellers (-1: Copy of phpManager (licensed) ) if they would like it for their clients, backup name servers on another server (if requested), etc. We plan on using bobcares.com when we are ready and happy with our support system, etc as well:-)

I would like to know what you think of these two pieces of software, or any other ones I may not have noticed. With Ubersmith there is a monthly fee, but if there is under 30 accounts, no fee... So there is a fee in essence...

If any of you have used both which do you prefer? If so why.. What are some of the important features that stand out from the other... Also, which one handles billing better.... I know Ubdersmith supports authorize.net, but what about others.

Any help would be greatly appreciated..

Ps: We plan on launching another "Sub" hosting company, registered and all of course, for things such as Media, promotion, etc since we have partnered with some designers, promotion experts, etc. Any ideas for a name? Something catchy!:D .. Lol.. Something that would look decent on the side of a Sky Scraper downtown NYC:D .. lol I'm dreaming, but heh...
