I wanted to get a celeron 2.4 from nocster for $54 (the price listed there) though I wanted to have Windows 2003 Web Edition installed on it but the price for the addional items was not listed anywhere.

Ad, as usual, I proceeded to the order form to see the prices of the additional items, OS, Control Panel etc and filled in the order form to get the quote.

After a couple of days, a week probably, they sent me the detials of the server I just enquired. I did'nt even confirm, nor did Pay for it. Its surprising how their system works. Anyone can have them setup the server and not buy it.

However, I bought one of the two they setup according to my enquiry. But they still want me to pay for the other one as well. Regardless my repeated emails to them, they still (20+ days now) wont look into the matter seriouly.

I'm just pissed off with their service and I dont reply to any of their emails, nor do I care for their WRONG invoices.

I'd never want to use BurstNet Again, nor would I suggest anyone to use it unless you want a Cheap and ****** Service.

I was billed $50 again today.

They are'nt even looking to my problem for a month now and have CLOSED my server 10 days prior to the period..

Invoice Date Total Paid Due Name
52324 9/1/2004 $50.00 $0.00 $50.00 eSolutions Media
51841 8/24/2004 $1.11 $0.00 $1.11 eSolutions Media
51464 8/17/2004 $149.80 $0.00 $149.80 eSolutions Media
50788 8/9/2004 $73.88 $0.00 $73.88 eSolutions Media
50077 8/6/2004 $74.90 $74.90 $0.00 eSolutions Media

The above invoices are incorrect and I had already paid for my server. They dont bother to look, discuss and solve this.

Mike replied to my previous thread here, but he never replied nor did he do anything as yet.

I'd advise everyone to stay away from them.

Would anyone from BurstNET/Nocster bother to look into my problem and see my server has been closed 10 days earlier???

Honestly speaking, BurstNET provides the WORST support. Stay away! You'd find many here to agree with me.

Finally, I think of creating a new account from start and ordering a new p4 1.5 ($69) and Windows Web Edition ($14).

I've ordered it now and I want to be billed in my new account without those incorrect invoices..

Thats what I think is the best solution to this problem.

Why don't you ask on their support forum?

This is not an issue for here - contact our billing department. Posting claims of bad support and claiming many will agree with you (although none have posted to say so) will not get you anywhere. Talking to our billing department will.
