I do web design mainly and want to start a hosting company so i want to be a tech support at one now and learn more. I currently know everything about cpanel and whm and all the basics of everything else so i can help. I can do ticket or do live chats... I just want to learn and maybe in a few months, i can launch my own hosting site.
