My first server with Interserver.net had tons of problems, and lots of down time... And it would take support days to answer my emails.. Recently, they contacted one of my assosiates about getting another server with them:

Its a decent price, but I wanted to know if anyone has a server currently with them, and if they would be willing to tell me the avg. response time for support now?

I've been told that they have hired more staff to handle requests, but just not sure if I should trust them...
