would some one tell me where to get the cheapest but reliable server. I mean the manufacturer.

The idea specifications:
dual Intel PIII 1Ghz Processor,
1GB Memory

Is this good enough to handle 500-600 visitors online at the same time and about 5-6GB transfer per day?
