Well, I signed up for http://www.ciwebhost.com on their unix plan (the $20 plan). So far i am VERY happy with them

I needed subdomains so they put me under http://www.ontargethost.com which is a branch that they run and yeah. I have the same price and they gave me an extra 200mb space by accident. lol
