In fact I came here to see if anyone was having the same problem. I can't get any response from them either. I wrote in a simple query about what their fees were for ownership transfer, and no answer. In fact I have written them both by email and via their web site, a total of at least 4 emails over a period of a month. No pulse. No sign of life. I am thinking noone is there ...so where are they? Maybe I better transfer the names I have there to another registrar. They used to have lightning speed response, and very good customer support in general. hmmm. I am seriously thinking of transferring my domains. I give it till the end of next week. Then if no response or explanation...I'm transferring all. Strange isn't it?
