I signed up for a whizhost account yesterday, payed their $36 annual set up fee, and was told my account would be ready in 24 hrs. It is now 34 hrs later, I have recieved verification that my account has been set up, or how to access it.

I checked w/ iBill, and they show that my credit card was debited- I sent 2 emails asking for help, and no response. Does anyone have any suggestions? Any experience with this hosting service?

Do they have an emergency phone number on their site, or an alternative email address you can contact (e.g. billing@*************)?

All that said, considering their low prices, I would give them a little more time.
