Do web hosting sales go down during the holiday season? Or up? Or is there no difference?

I wanted to begin reselling and I it was suggested to me to wait until after the first of the year because sales go down.

I thought I should ask people who actually knew what they were talking about. :)

Remember, no better gift for your webdesigner/host-geek significant other, than a good domain and a beefy hosting plan! Saves santa all that heavy lifting, and never needs batteries! And who says gift-giving is hard?

All hosts should band together and do some public ad campaign like the cows did with "got milk?". Increase awareness of this often overlooked gift idea!

........ In other words, Chicken is saying that it usually slows down a bit more during holidays. ;)

*lol* might have something to do with all the free chooks and slabs of beer sold over the holiday period. Hard to get a hosting account if you can't see your keyboard through beer googles.
