As I advertised above, control panel is included (directadmin). And I'm not a hosting company, I just reselling my curent server.
So no website for this.

Would we pay for this service through you or are you going to transfer the service to the provider?

What type of support do we get?

gounder, through me, full support through MSN/YM/Call me. I'm a technician myself, in hardware failure problem, it will be fixed in 24 hours, most common Q/A will be responded within 15 minutes. If you messing around with the O/S and server failed to respond because of it, there is a one time Incidental fee of $60.00, other than that, it's all good. BTW, If I haven't mentioned before, this server is managed. That means we will deal with any technical aspects of it, you just need to run your business.

BTW, the server is branded, Dell PowerEdge 600 SC.
