I thought this was rather humourous, even if it was an unintentional laugh:

The Fayetteville, N.C.-based company has razor-wire fences, windows painted black in some areas, and even a munitions closet with 12-gauge shotguns and 9-millimeter Beretta pistols. Its data centers are protected by 8-inch reinforced concrete and 24-hour guards

Too bad their services stink - but hey! At least your server will be safe from terrorist attack.

Well, when the bombs start flying, you know what to do:

Run to your local data center!

I read that "article" earlier, which reads like a press release. This couldn't possibly be an advertising stunt.

"For AIT, physical security measures are used to deter trespassers, but mostly to foster a military culture where employees 'like their guns and meat,' a company representative quipped."

"Sergeant, Private Jones in tech support gave a customer the wrong path to Perl."

"Alright, I'm ordering you guys to give him a Code Red!"

"Yes Sir Sir!"
