I need to be able to have submitted forms sent directly to a fax. I haven't found many hosts that offer this feature and the only company I knew of that did this directly was just bought out and discontinued the service ....now I'm in a bind ....

Anyone know where I can find this service on a monthly basis?

Thanks.

I'm actually an efax member. But, for some reason, they don't offer this specific service.

Maybe I should clarify my problem a little more:

I manage an online directory where people use the site to contact individual vendors in the directory. Some of the vendors do not have email, so when a customer fills out an inquiry form, it gets emailed to me and then I have to manually fax it to the vendor. (which is starting to get very time consuming)

I basically need the form results sent dynamically to the fax number for each corresponding vendor when the site user clicks "send".

Thanks

You might try MaxEmail (http://www.maxemail.com). You can send a fax by sending an email with an attachment to the MaxEmail service. It can handle several different document types including HTML.

Take a closer look.

It *appears* (I don't use the service) that the Web Tools service is designed for exactly that, you post the form results to an email address as designated on the eFax site, and they turn that email (with attachment) into an outbound fax.

Brandon,

YES you are right. I didn't look closely enough at all the services efax offers.

Thanks for the help.

No problem! I may use this for a client myself...
