We are requesting your offer for the design of 2 Flash-Adspots/Interstititials in high and professional quality.

Adspots are advertisement tools, which are faded about the content of a website. We need one with a coloured background and another without background. (different elements)
The style of the adspots must be in the CI our website. This one we send you as a screenshot. You get the logo and the button-style .. as psd-file. In addition we send you our company-mascottchen. This one is made as a flash-film, which must be in both adspots. The mascottchen have to move like in the file you get from us. The adspot must end after 20 seconds. The text in it, the link and the time of running must be change from us, about an easy and fast way.
As delivery we understand all original files. The functionallity of the adspot you have to develop, too. By clicking on each element it must be linked to our website. There must be a button “close adspot”, which close it, too.
If you want to bid on this project, make sure, that you are a professional designer and that you have flash-interstitials before. We need a minimum of 5 references from you (links posted using pmb) of former work you have done!
BIDS WITHOUT REFERENCES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED! YOU BIT FOR MAKING 2 ADSPOTS WITH A PRICE FOR BOTH.
Don't waste our time with stolen things or redesign of stolen templates as we know ALL sources for buying it!

Daily communication and sending the stand of work.
Payment terms:
25% After acceptance of all samples (provided by your server)
75% After sending the fully work
