above, other than each client must create an account to use the
system. Creating a support account can be done in a few
seconds. Once the account is created, users can login using their
selected username and password at anytime to create new
support tickets.


iHelp PSA Support Server:

Whether you have one or multiple Plesk administered servers,
iHelp PSA Support Server will give you the edge you've been
waiting for in a support ticket system. Packed with powerful
features and easy administration, you will feel at ease knowing
your support system is iHelp!
