Can anyone recommend a good billing Software to help keep track of clients, send invoices, billing, etc.
Also, does anyone have a list of all that's out there?
thanks

I actually have both scripts and both are very good, however modernbill does have way more features. phpManager, does have a nice helpdesk though. Modernbill is also a billing only solution right now and phpManager is a helpdesk/billing/cpanel skin type deal.

That seems to be really cool, free for upto 100 customers, I can't emagine having more than 100 customers for a long time.
Thanks for that

What is the platform you are running on NT or Linux / Unix?
Try: www.ubersmith.com
Or I know of a $50 - 100k solution for an entire datacenter..lol

If you're looking for something offline, I highly recommend QuickBooks. It saves me so much time and integrates with quite a few merchant accounts.

Thanks. I actually use to run quicken a few years ago, I had forgotten all about that program, it's not to expensive either, or is wasn't back then, about £40 I think. I got an older version can this be updated anyway.

I use Quickbooks Pro 2002 Premium and have written an interface in XML which is how quickbooks communicates with external products. It's really cool. Anyways, it takes my customer sign-up information and creates a new customer in Quickbooks, Creates an invoice and memorizes the transaction giving you recurring monthly, quarterly, annual billing. Quickbooks merchant processor program leaves a lot to be desired, so we wrote our own interface and am still working on the final bugs.
I hope to make this stuff available. For a price of course. It would probably become avail in a few months or upto say 6 months. I'll post a message here for everyone to see.
Cheers,
Darrel
