Anyone on Rackshack Ded having email inbound problems, packet loss or inability to get through on Members Area?

Here we go again.

I haven't been very impressed with Rackshack's support mechanisms. But one thing they have in their favor is their founder, Robert Marsh. He does a good job of communicating problems with users via the support forums. I usually hang out there when things look a little flaky.

They have been having one problem after another for the last month or so, apparently all related to their move into a new datacenter. This time I think the problem is that they are having problems with their billing system so their billing/support/members software is currently down.

I haven't noticed any network problems this morning, but I'll start paying better attention now that you mentioned it.

It looks like the members page is FINALLY up.

Our members area has been down for the better part of 2 days as we are making a migration to a new billing system and closing some holes that were recently exploited but it should be back up at this point. We have also been working with the FBi to gather the required information necessary to prosecute the individual responsible for our littkle exploit earlier this week.

Our customer service department has been working with customers through email, chat, and telephone.

Our techs have been handling reboots, restores, and other support requests through chat, emal, and by ohone as well.

Our personnel have also been working through the forum.rackshack.net to help anyone who has requested help.

As far as network difficulties, we are pretty much though those having replaced a faulty netiron and having dumped an Extreme box.
