:rolleyes: :confused: What do I have to do to make sure clients keep their websites up and running, when a webhost folds? ex. I had a reseller account with the now dead eryxma networks...I was transfered to glexicon (same cheaters) and lost my data.... Back then I hosted mostly my own sites, I just had a couple of actual paying clients...Of course they lost their data too. They got mad at me...I had to refund them, and they went somewhere else (so did I).... what do I need to keeping this from happening again? How do I go about it? I just want to make sure the sites are up and running all the time... do you know what I mean? :confused:

if you are running a reseller account like this, you could perhapse look into duplicate reseller accoutns, and every month/week you could syncronise the info in it, then if one of the server dies, you cans imply change the ip your name server is pointing to and your clients woudl not notice the difference.

so you are saying I should get 2 reseller accounts with 2 different hosts? is that the only way?
