Hi

Just a request to you guyz who poll for "Not At All", to also post a reason. This will help me to provide better service.

I voted not at all because I dont see how you can provide this service at this price without being bankrupt in 6 months.

Bankrupt? No. I'll buy a bmw within 6 months, if all of you shift your domains to me. :D

I know web-hosting business very well.

How much for additional bandwidth?

$1.83 for a 1gb plan so I am assuming <$1.83

Cos if so I will send a lot of customers over to you. Is it 24/7 phone support too or email?

Hi TLC,

Thanks for a positive post.

Well, it's like this, if you exceed the traffic, you need to go for another package of 25mb/1000mb. So, you get 50mb/2000mb at 1.83x2 -- (assuming you're using 25mb/1000mb plan).

You may plz send me lots of clients, and I promise that I will satisfy their needs. But, before that, I'll suggest you to host ONE site to check the service quality.

Phone support is not there. Online support through icq, msn, aol, yahoo and email are there.

Regards

I was just wondering why does your WHOIS information says this:

Registrant:
0000
0000
0000
0000
0000, 0000 0000
US

(same for all other contacts)

Record last updated on 09-Jan-2002.
Record expires on 09-Jan-2003.
Record Created on 09-Jan-2002.

I must say I am not familar with any OpenSRS domain reseller policies, etc. (I got this from http://whois.opensrs.net ), but is this what it should be? curious...

Manish:

Thats definatly against most policies. It certainly will not inspire confidence in anyone who see's it regarding this host. Thats like trying to sell merchandise using an anonymous hotmail account, a po box, and a cash upfront policy.

Manish....

Nothing special with OpenSRS. I had made it look like that intentionally keeping some 'other' things in mind, which I cannot disclose here. I wanted to be annonymous keeping in mind the interests of the resellers. The contact details is already there in the Contact page (it was there earlier too!). However, later I realized that the nameservers are annonymous, so there's no reason to keep indhosts.net annonymous.

However, I've now put the details, keeping " porcupine " 's view. I thing he's right.

EssEss,

Nice to see you responding to the posts. :)

Your pricing is good enough to attract a lot of people. Good Luck!

PS: Consider adding more FAQs on the FAQ page on your site. Something like...telling them about your servers' configs, server location (not everyone would wait to use traceroute), and the Control Panel you use,etc.etc.

:)

Maneesh!

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll put them up. However, the control panel image is present there. If you click on the 'Control Panel' in features' listings, you'll find that.

Another good thing, Vote for 2nd option in the poll is increasing. Hope that it will minimize "Not liked at all" sometime.

Thanks everybody...
