Does anyone offer a control panel or something of the sort that allows the users to use different templates to create a site from scratch. I want to aim more at the people who have no clue what they are doing and I think this would be very benfecial. Do you guys know any software that is pretty easy to mod for every user (i.e. by using a simple script to change values when you add users).

Both of these appear to be excellent products with very different pricing strategies. I believe RLAJ is limiting their acceptance by the fixed price which is relatively high for a small host at $1995 while SiteStudio with the per user pricing stands a much higher probability of widespread acceptance among small to medium size hosts.
As an aside, makes me wonder why more companies don't have multiple pricing strategies so they can serve many different types of customers. For instance, CPanel limits their customer base, because some hosts are opposed to continuing monthly per server fees. HSphere limits their entry into the market by an initial required outlay of $545. I know I have designed multiple hosting programs for different end users and resellers, just as you, Amar, have multiple plans for supporting different types of hosts. On the other hand you largest competitor only appeals to very large hosts with their minimum pricing.
And, oh yes, if you really want to see someone out of touch, wait till I share with you Alabanza's pricing for allowing you to utilize their software and automation at another location. They may have said they wanted to get into that market, but their pricing indicates they are living in a fantasy world.

You can try one of our resellers, they provide H-Sphere at monthly fee instead of "one time fee."
