I'm offering co-location at the Hurricane Electric facility in Fremont, California on a burstable 10Mbit connection. Since I'm going to be getting several racks there, I will be having excess space and am trying to sell this off at a value price.

I am offering a base price of $100 per month, for any size server from 1U up to a minitower. This is month to month. Towers are acceptable, but will need a $80 setup fee (for rack setup). 1U-3U servers have only a $40 setup fee. Includes 32 IP addresses, more if needed. 30GB of bandwidth to start with (included). $2.25 for each additional GB of actual transfer.

Reboots, and generally anything that takes less than 15 minutes to do, are free (in the remote hands service included). I offer support via e-mail, and have a voicemail 800 number which you can leave a message at. This is month-to-month, you can cancel at any time. 99.5%+ guaranteed uptime or your next month is 50% off. I will be accepting credit card, check, paypal, or money order.

For myself, I think this is a pretty good deal. Let me know if you need to co-locate several servers, we can work out a lower pricing deal. This is all negotiable. This is a great opportunity for those who need a good, solid co-location.

Yes, IRC will be allowed (for those who want to run an IRCD server), but you will have to run it at your own risk (if you get attacked for more than an hour accumulatively, we may disconnect your server).

Please e-mail me if you're interested. I will only be doing this if there is enough demand (at least around 4 people interested). E-mail address dside443@softhome.net

RESELLERS: Let me know if you're interested.
