Hey guys.

I need someone that is available tonight to take a gif I have for a client (getting quite large in size) and make it look really damn cool along with shrinking the file size.

I'm not looking for a conversion but basically you to make it from scratch using the content I tell you.

It's basically a banner my client has on his site to tell customers of new events regarding his site.

I will need the swf AND fla please.
