I believe you have parts of code here that are not allowed to be bundled like this. and cannot be resold speficially qmailadmin,vpopmail and sqwebmail.

Let me clearify the confusion.

The core control panel is less than 5Mb. The installer packages consisting of apache, mysql, qmail, vpopmail, php, frontpage 2000, mm, sqwebmail, proftpd etc is around 40-50MB big.

All the packages are the system requirements of the control panel and if you already have them, you just need to edit the settings file and point the directory location. If you already have all the packages, then the control panel will start working right away. Since everybody is not able to get the packages working, we just made a simple shell script that will install all those packages. None of the packages have been altered or modified. They all follow the GPL. As soon as the DEMO server is ready, the installer will be made public so that everybody can try and install or remodify to make it much better. It is like apachetoolbox and any other installers you find out in the internet. Only our installer is not web or email specific and it if for the whole server. If anyone out there is looking for a package installer, they can download and install the packages.

When they are successful in installing the required packages, they can download the demo version with 1 admin, 2 resellers, 2 clients, 5 domains and 5 database for free or the unlimited version for $333 per license [which is just $222 for the first 101 bookings] or multiple licenses as per our pricing structure.

I know that there are many persons out there who for a web server has to go to different websites.. from apachetoolbox to qmail to vpopmail to proftpd. We studied the market and found that those were the most widely used and thus we made a control panel running on the top of it. For new admins, we will make the installer GPL so that it will serve the needs of all.

I've got a question about the pricing.

Is it $333,= for each ip adres, or is it a server license. And is your CP able to run on a freeBSD server?

If you can fulfill the system requirements of apache, mysql, qmail, vpopmail etc.. [details of the package is at the website]which you can, then you will have no problems running the control panel not only in BSD but also in Solaris too.
Our installer installs the packages via a install-time compilation. But it does not matter whether the package is copied, installed via rpm or via compilation. You have the option to edit the settings file and chose the locations of the packages and the location where you want the domain directories to be.

All that the control panel needs is php3/4 and a mysql database and a cookie-supporting browser.

The price of $303 is per server license and not per IP address.
The license is issued via a combination of the eth0 IP address, eth0 MAC address, HostName and a random string. You can have as many IP's in your system as you may wish. The price is per server and for the first 101 orders, the price is just $222. The price decreases as u order in bulk. The price is just one time and not monthly or yearly.

Looking at the screenshots available on your site...I see nothing at all to do with billing..but you clearly mention in a previous post that billing is an intrigal part of the control panel. Is this just an omission on your part or is it something you thought you had better add to the equasion because another control panel launcher mentioned it in their product offering. Or maybe I just missed the screenshot!
