I just recently changed hosts. The host I had was www.php.webhosting.com. They were good hosts in all areas except support. I posted a support inquiry on 14 December 2001 and as of 1 Jan 2002 it had gone unanswered.

The new host I have is www.hostingmatters.com. They seem to be very good in all areas including support. I was unable to access my URL, email, control panel and they answered my inquiries quickly and efficently and the site is now up and running, all my email is available, and the Control Panel is working fine. The turnaround on support questions via email was less than 30 minutes. If you need a good low cost host check them out.
