Since I checked this morning (some 8 hours ago) my site has been down and could have been been while I was asleep. I have tried to email Horizon Hosting but I am getting Permanent Failures in return. There phone number does not work.
I know that Terry frequents this forum a lot so perhaps he will notice this message or perhaps other people that use Horizon Hosting. I have been with them now for 2 days and this does not bode well....
Anyone have a solution, comment?

Hi,
We are well aware of the problem and should have it resolved shortly. The onsite techs should be working on the problem. We understand that this downtime is not acceptable and will fix it as soon as humanly possible. I assure you that our server usually has excellent uptime and has not had any problems prior to this. As soon as it is backup we will post what the problem was. For your information a reply was made to your post in our forums.
Once again apologies and we hope to have the server back up and running ASAP.
EDIT: The only server that is down is our Windows 2000 server. All Linux accounts are fully operational.

For those who're looking into Horizon Hosting don't put this against them. A server is going to have downtime I'm sure it is some network issues which you can't prevent. Linux hosting is fully working fine just his 2000 server is down which sucks but you got to live life.

Thanks everyone it is backup. All windows customers have been notified of the cause.
