I'm just wondering how everyone here bills ppl? What kinda software and what-not, thats all.

There are some packages available; they cost between $200-$1000, but often they don't contain all the features you want to use.
If you have some time now and then, the best idea might be to write your own billing software, so that you can incorporate it with support etc. We've done it that way, it took us like 100 hours all together, but at least we are satisfied with what we have now.

UberSmith is very good. If you dont need all its features then there are smaller solutions like modernbill, dreamcost.

We use the ServerXchange from Ensim and couldn't be happier. We get everything you could want as far as billing and it has an integrated support ticket system.
