It seems that you've left out the 'ra' from the .com link.

And there dosn't seem to be any facility to acutally 'build' your own plan on your website - unless I missed it. Also using your 'own' certificate is an interesting concept. :)

Resellers create their own plans from within their reseller control panel, so yes, it isn't on our website - you didn't miss it.

Using a self generated certificate is an option, it does carry with it concerns for some customers and not for others. For the reseller starting out really on a shoestring it may meet their needs until they can afford a big name CA cert. Of course, those work too :) .
