This thread is of importance to ANY host, no matter how large or how small.

I am a professional web designer, with years of experience in many areas. I have an extensive, impressive portfolio, which is only available upon private request. I am offering this to a SINGLE host only! I am allowing you to offer web-design services on your website, fully branded under your companies' name. Here's the best part...

YOU will take 100% of ALL profits MADE. All I request is a dedicated server for only THREE months. This means that your company can make an incredible profit. If we look at an initial 6 month time frame, you could potentially make a gross profit of about $3000, selling the web design services via your site. Minus the THREE MONTH dedicated server fees, which we'll say would equal $450 - you would make a net profit of approximately $2500! The sixth month time frame is purely just an example. We can work out whatever time frame, based on whatever deal suits you best. Any way you look at it, this is definately a profitable venture for any hosting company, established, or not! :)

The server I would require for the 3 month dedicated server period, would need to meet the following minimum requirements. Variations to these specifications are fine! The server would be used to host a site for an event occurring at the time.

Pentium III Processor at 700Mhz or Equally Powerful Processor
384MB RAM
20GB HDD
RedHat Linux 7.2
250GB Bandwidth/mo.

If you want to rent a RackShack server for the 3 month period - that's fine. I could really care less, just as long as I get a server for three months with fairly reliable bandwidth. If you want the chance to make potentially thousands of dollars in profit, then this is for you.
