I have been searching for a good reseller, so far I have narrowed it down to VenturesOnline.com. Anyone here had any experience with them? Do they have good tech support? Are there servers fast? Anyways your help will be greatly apreciated.

They have an excellent reputation on line. Try a search of this forum and you will see lots of comments. Also, you might visit the forum on their site (obviously it will not be as objective).

You should be prepared for a little inconvenience this month as they move their Network Operations Center.

Top-notch, don't hesitate. Support answers email usually in MINUTES, not hours or days.

Service is very reliable as well.

I don't resell for VO, but their tech support is excellent in my experience.

Don't ask them questions about Interchange.... they don't know much about it...

I don't really know if they should be able to answer questions with regards to Interchange. However, as long as they can answer questions with regrads to their severs, setup, apache modules and any known issues/problems, then it will be nice.

Be careful though - they might cut one of your accounts (yes, entire site not just the overloading script) without any prior warning and if you ask them after 6 hours not knowing what happened, they might say "I don't know the the tech said the sever was overloading".
