i know it, i know it *jumpsupanddown*
www.server4free.de ;-)
and no, it's not Cogent, but Cable & Wireless located in Duesseldorf, Germany.
The disadvantage is, that you won't get more then one single IP.
The only thing is, that you could try to get some from RIPE, but they are very strict with giving out IPs.
You'r paying no basic fees per month, but you have to take atleast 6gig, and as every gig costs 7.50 Euro, you'll get the price of 45Euro per Server and month.
Setup Fee is 149 Euro.

Before everyone wants to get a server there now... as strange1 already said ... you have to live in Germany to order.
I do. you do to? ;))

Greets from Germany

And with only 6 GB traffic you will have very special needs or probably don't really need a dedicated server.
But this is the german market where bandwidth is extremely expensive.

Bandwidth in Germany typically costs between $10 and $20 per gigabyte, so this isn't expensive at all. Even so, Germany is still one of the cheapest places in Europe to buy bandwidth.

Hmmm...
Overhere in Holland I pay USD 1.75 per GB... so I wouldn't call $10 - $20 "one of the cheapest in Europe" :)
