My current ISP has decided to terminate my service to my server as of 5PM today. I need two-three people interested in sharing my brand new server and connection.

I am looking to share with sites that have up to 75GB month bandwith usage.

Dell PowerEdge 1550
Pentium III 1.13GHz w/512K Cache
768MB - 1GB SDRAM
36GB Ultra3, 10K RPM, SCSI Hard Drive
Windows 2000 Server

Costs:
Option 1-
Server $50-75 month
Bandwith $2.50-3.00 per GB (10 GB month MIN)

Why did your previous ISP terminate your account with such short notice?

I actually got my ISP to give me an extra week. I was hosting my site from an account that wasn't supposed to support webhosting and they got pissed.

The server is good, but the transfer seems a bit high, what kind of bandwidth is it?

Root/Administrator access? If not, then this is just a hig-bandwidth shared hosting.

Anyways, why so high of setup fee when you already have a minimum bandwith pricing and you get to keep the server?

If you are interested, I am willing to work something out. The server costed well over $1500, that is why it is so much. Actually, I ran it on a cable line (5/1 mbps) ;) And if you need a lot of bandwith it will be cheaper. As for the Root / Administrator access, I will give you that to your space, site, etc.
