A friend of mine has been having some issues setting up a reseller account under HSphere. Does anyone know of any guides out there that might help him. I know the HSphere documentation is there, but it is a reference, not a guide.

He should be contacting his reseller account provider for help.

If they don't help him, one would have to wonder why he is with them.

2. While psoft.net is down (I believe for maintenance), there is excellent documentation at http://www.psoft.net/ in the documentation area.

I don't think you understood my post. He is the server owner. There is no reseller account provider.

I know some H-Sphere providers (I can't and wont recommend them for other reasons) provide a phone-based walkthrough on how to get started with hsphere.

If it is systems admin help you require - Go to http://forum.psoft.net and you will find a number of experienced admins' who will be able to assist.

Please clarify which particular area your friend requires help in. I've personally been using h-sphere for 2+ years and I'm familar with most aspects of configuration and support.
