I'm looking for someone interested in starting up a site for the Nova Logic Game, Joint Ops. I have the domain already and can provide hosting. What I'm looking for is someone who wishes to handle the site design portion of the site and day-to-day maintenence of it (posting news bits, files, etc.). They can get volunteers to do news posting if they want. They will be allowed to run the site how they wish with minimal oversight by me. In return for your work, you will receive a substantial share of any profit made from the site through ad revenue. A more specific list of duties is as follows:

Responsible for designing the site to begin with. I would like it to be custom designed with a custom skin, but if you can make a pre existing skin/site (ie. php-nuke type site) work, that'd be acceptable too.
Must have knowledge of the game and be able to discuss it.
Must be a responsible, dedicated person. I'm looking for someone that will stick around to make the site successful.
Must have decent HTML and PHP skills. Graphics design capabilities are also a plus.
Is willing to front some initial up-front costs in-order to make a profit down the road.
