I am a complete newbie so any help would be much appreciated.
I need to run custom made windows based application written on Delphi on some fast inet machine cause my own inet is slow.
It has very small requirement as for RAM or CPU.

What is the best solution for me?
Do I have to go for dedicated windows server or I can get it runing on VPS or something?
Is it possible to run windows-based app on linux?
How will the application be controlled (remote desktop or something)?
What is the cheapest way?

Hi!

Best way would be to host it on a windows-based dedicated server , but that's a rather expensive solution.
If you don't need local access to the application (physical access to the server's console) - for example if your application can be remotely configured by another client (i.e configure/run/restart/etc... application with the help of client/server solution) you could just ask someone who has a dedicated server to run it for you.
