I'm pretty sure it will work, but I want to make sure.


I've tested several times moving hard drive from one server to another server without having problem. The thing is, the two servers that I tested are identical.

Now, I am planning to do the same for Intel STL2 server and Asus CUR-DLS server. If I turn off the Intel STL2 server, swap out the SCA hard drive, plug that hard drive in the Asus CUR-DLS server, will it work? Have anyone tried it?

I think it will work. However if the hardware are different enough, you might need to install the correct driver after plugging the disk on the new server.
