I have signed up to the Windows 2000 Special package of nexpoint a few weeks ago, and so far their support have been fantastic and the site loads fast and well.

The unmetered bandwidth scared me, but I e-mailed them and they e-mailed me back with numbers that I wanted, which I consider to be very nice.

I signed up with a domain I alraeady had, but I regretted about it a week later and I still wanted to use their free domain offer, so they still registered a free domain it and changed my domain account with no extra charge.
They said they will reply within one business day, so far they did so or even less in some cases, which I also find pleasing.

I haven't been with them for a long time, but so far I am happy and I hope it stays that way.

And no, Im not some fake costumer, im a real costumer, and you just have to believe me to that, I dont think that I can prove that, and I dont want to reveal any details of my account.

Here is a rare person, they posted a positive comment yet nobody seems to care. I am very grateful to read about your experiences and more people should be like you because in most cases there are a 100 good stories for every 1 bad story, and read through this whole forum and you will find 95 percent b*t*hings so there must be a lot of good stories somewhere.

I wouldn't assume they don't care. 44 people (at the time of this post) read it and then moved on. It is just a statement, not asking any questions, no problems, thus you won't find much deep discussion on the thread. Statements rarely make heated debate threads. Nothing more, nothing less.

I am afraid that my experiences with nexpoint were less satisfying. I also went for their bargain Windows 2000 Special and soon found out why unmetered/unlimited bandwith can be scary. In the time I was with nexpoint for my main site, the site grew like anything. Nexpoint never warned me of any problems or anything like that. 2,5 months the site ran perfectly and then suddenly on Jan 2nd it all ended. Server errors the whole time, pages would not load, all kinds of misery.

I think in the beginning you are lucky and they put you on a server with few sites. As the number of accounts grow your server gets filled up with site and unmetered bandwith suddenly becomes very limited bandwith.

well, I think its over a month now that I signed up with them and i still think its very good :)
Their support have been friendly and quick-replying and the site experienced no downtime at all from my experience.
And if anyone thinks I somehow work for nexpoint, my domain is www.ufgaming.com, my name is Eyal and I live in Israel, far far away from the nexpoint company. just my 2 cents about the hosting company I use :)
