Just out of curiosity....does anyone know of a control panel for Mac OS X Server....right now we are using the Server Admin (came with OS X but requires a Mac), and SSH access. I havent been able to find any, well any that work with OS X Server....Thanks!!:spiny:

Wont the standard control panels (Plesk, Ensim, Cpanel) work on OSXS 2.0 (prettybsd :stickout ) seeing as how it does use Apache and all of the other standard *nix servers?

you know what i don't know.....i havent paid that much attention to "control panels" so stupid me didnt even think to try one of thoes :sleeping:

Check out webmin, I'm pretty sure it'll work.

Now that you mention it, I'll check if I can find some time free to recompile our CP on a Power G4...

I'm done compiling the back-end on Mac OS 10.1 without much problems (if you forget that I had to upgrade my 10.0 dev' kit for 10.1, I only had to take care of malloc.h and crypt()).

Of course it's not like on our Linux servers. It seems I can play with Apache (set up hosted sites) but I do not own an OS X server, so I don't know about name servers (bind 8?) nor emails (sendmail?)...our CP currently works with these only.
