I have a site "Bandwidth Limit Exceeded" on a server (not mine)

and I would like to transfer it to my own server, can I do that or we have to "Unsuspend Bandwidth Limit"? first?

Is there anyway other way around? but fast?

Not sure what you mean here, do you mean can you copy a site thats suspended for using too much bandwidth to your server?

If you're using CPanel and get a bandwidth exceeded message, you won't be able to transfer it off until you unsuspend the account.

exactly.. the site is suspended because exceed the bandwidth limit...and I need to trasnfer it to my own server.

Im sure the host that the site is with will let you copy your files if you ask them and explain what you want to do.
