Have you contacted Dotster... I think they would be very worried if their site really did get hacked. Usually these cases end up being a case of someone you know who found/guessed your password.

Who is listed as the registrant in the whois record?

best guess is contacting a lawyer, because he might claim that he bought the domains from you.

it would take really long time to get the domains return...

some good domain lawyers are Stevan Lieberman from APLEGAL.com and Ari Goldberger from ESQWire.com

In most cases I have seen people have hacked into the email account of the person to gain access. Always use a very secure email account on your domains. I normally advise to never use free accounts like yahoo, hotmail etc..

so many people and cases people lost their domains because they are using free email addresses.

Unfortunately for things like these, only a legal solution
will fix this.

That practically falls under theft.

Firstly, Thank you very much everyone for your advices

I am a webmaster in Thailand . So I don't know whether we have a lawyer who ever cope with this kind of problem or not?

My domain name together with some others domain names was hacked during the past two months. And still can not get the domain name back until now.

I try to contact dotster.com already and still didn't get any help from them.

I really don't know what to do?

Any other more advices would be very appreciate for me.

Most registrars will not help in getting a name back, they will not accept the liability. I would recommend contacting the CURRENT registrar with proof and they should help. I am most certain the purchase was paid with a stolen card anyway.
