I wanted to ask if I could Pipe e-mails from two different domains into the same database? ie. domain.com and domaininc.com? we have two company divisions, and our support techs are the same for both. would we be able to do this? if not, would POP3 fetching still work?

Also, would I be able to install two client side interfaces? ie. support.domain.com, support.domaininc.com i only need to login to one admin interface as they would connect to the same database.

NOTE: Domain.com and domaininc.com are not actual domains of mine, and are just used for demonstration purposes. Just wanted to make sure so that it doesn't get locked and or deleted. :)

If they are both on the server with esupport and it is running a supported piping software, yes. Otherwise you would need to use IMAP.

They also offer the ability to have satellite help desks. :) Lets you seperate the front end. :)

thanks again ddihosting! what do you use on your website? do you use piping or imap? and when you do use imap, it use cron correct?
